一、塑钢带宽度怎么选?
Part 1: How to Choose the Right Width
宽度是塑钢带最直观的参数,常见规格为 9mm、12mm、16mm、19mm、32mm,不同宽度对应不同的用途:
Width is the most visible parameter. Common sizes are 9mm, 12mm, 16mm, 19mm, and 32mm, each suited to different applications:

常见厚度规格从 0.6mm 到 1.3mm,厚度直接决定断裂伸长率和拉伸强度:
Common thickness ranges from 0.6mm to 1.3mm. Thickness directly determines elongation at break and tensile strength:
- 0.6mm–0.8mm:轻型打包,手工打包机常用规格 / Light-duty strapping, common for hand-operated tools
- 0.9mm–1.0mm:中型货物,半自动/全自动打包机 / Medium cargo, semi or fully automatic machines
- 1.1mm–1.3mm:重型工业用途,机器打包专用 / Heavy industrial use, machine strapping only
厚度和宽度要匹配。12mm宽 × 1.3mm厚的带子,远比 16mm宽 × 0.6mm厚的带子更容易断裂。
Thickness and width must be matched. A 12mm × 1.3mm band is far more likely to break than a 16mm × 0.6mm band.
三、拉力强度是关键指标
Part 3: Tensile Strength Is the Key Indicator
国标中,塑钢带的拉伸强度通常以"kN"或"kg"表示,选购时重点看 断裂拉伸力。建议选择的拉力强度 ≥ 货物重量的 2倍(安全系数)。
In Chinese standards, tensile strength is expressed in kN or kg. Focus on the break tensile force. We recommend choosing a band with tensile strength ≥ 2× the cargo weight (safety factor).
示例 Example:
货物重量 500kg → 需要断裂拉伸力 ≥ 1000kg 的塑钢带。
Cargo weight 500kg → You need strapping with break tensile force ≥ 1000kg.
推荐选 16mm × 1.0mm,断裂力约 1100–1300kg,刚好满足。
We recommend 16mm × 1.0mm, with break force ~1100–1300kg — just right.
四、其他注意事项
Part 4: Other Important Notes
- 颜色 Color:黑色PET带通常含再生料,白色/透明色多为原料,强度更稳定 / Black PET bands typically contain recycled material; white/clear are usually virgin resin with more consistent strength
- 打包机匹配 Machine Compatibility:买带子前确认打包机的适用带宽范围 / Confirm your strapping machine's compatible band width range before purchasing
- 存储 Storage:避免阳光直射,塑钢带紫外线老化后强度会下降 / Avoid direct sunlight — UV exposure degrades strength over time
- 温度 Temperature:高温环境(>60℃)建议改用钢带 / In high-temperature environments (>60°C), switch to steel strapping
